Le Bilboquet | New York

Creating a “déjà vu” ambiance in a much bigger location and giving the impression that the restaurant had always been there was the biggest challenge of the new “Le Bilboquet” restaurant in New York City.

The other challenge was the low ceiling which we improved by creating a  division of the space with coffered ceilings and indirect lighting flushing up .

French bistro chairs in blue velvet and natural leather finishes,  different table sizes with brass details , vintage fixtures and dimmeable lighting all contributed to give the New Bilboquet  a patina and  history although the location is new.
