Fans of Le Bilboquet – the famed 27-year-old Upper East Side French eatery – have been eagerly awaiting its reopening since it shuttered last year. The resto, which teased New Yorkers with openings in Sao Paolo and Dallas, has finally opened its new doors and the new space promises more energy, ambiance, and most importantly, more Cajun Chicken.

The four partners behind the famed destination – Philippe Delgrange, Ronald Perelman, Steven Witkoff, and Eric Clapton – have revived the joie de vivre lifestyle at Le Bilboquet with the help of designer Carolina Von Humbolt of CVH Interiors. Subtle hints of art deco design make the vibrant room pop, while brass lighting fixtures add the element of intimacy the larger room calls for.
